    • You can do it. I don’t get this many steps from working out alone. I set little goals throughout the day like making myself get at least 1,000 steps before breakfast, 3,000 steps before I sit down and watch a movie, or something along those lines. It’s kind of like me saying to myself “before you become a lazy butt today get at least 5,000 steps or so before you decide to do nothing.” Even if that means running in place.

  1. WOW! I like the FitBit read out!! A little jealous that my BodyBugg does not log miles. Well, the higher end model does and they are in fact partnered with Garmin; but too pricy for me right now — for sure! I do have a sensor in my shoe with NikePlus that will track that part for me… So just when I thought my 13,500 steps was amazing, here you are with 20,200! That rocks!
