Fitbit Stats-March 2, 2013

Trying to use my Fitbit to track the number of steps I take everyday.  My goal is 10,000-15,000.  I’m also following the FitBit weight loss plan, which sets and adjusts daily calorie goals to meet your weekly goal.  For example, I chose a calorie plan that will factor in a 1.5 pound weight loss each week.  I would like to post my progress on a regular basis.  Look below to see what I’ve been up to!

  1. This is really cool! I’ve heard a lot about the FitBit, but I haven’t been sure if it’s worth the investment. Definitely interested to know what you think about it!

    • The great thing about it is that it pushes you to get off the couch. When I set a daily goal and start to get behind, I just get up and run in place or walk around the house. I’m definitely more motivated now. My boyfriend and his friends have one now so we can all compete. It’s very simple to use and I like challenging myself with the online calorie counter part of it also. You can sync all of your stats through your phone depending on the type of fitbit you have. If you decide to get one and know someone else who wants one too, get them from Best Buy. They sell them in two pks for $100. I’m still learning a lot about it, but so far I love this thing.
