Ingredients:  This bread has your standard UNBLEACHED ENRICHED WHEAT FLOUR [FLOUR, MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE (VITAMIN B1), RIBOFLAVIN (VITAMIN B2), FOLIC ACID (A B VITAMIN)], WATER, SUGAR, FIBER (SOY FIBER AND/OR COTTONSEED FIBER)….blahblahblah….

If you are allergic to gluten, please read the ingredients carefully.  No matter how natural a product is promoted to be, please flip the thing over, read the ingredients, and use your best judgement.

My Two Cents:

How could I give you the burger in my previous post without providing the bread?  I wouldn’t leave you hanging like that.  I’ve been consuming this product for quiet sometime now and it’s quite ingenious if you ask me.  One of the things that I often notice is that we tend to fill up on bread and then have little desire to eat the rest of our food later.  With this golden product you can eat the bread, burger, veggies, and whatever else you can stuff into your mouth.  Everything in moderation, People!  Not only is this bread great for burgers, it’s awesome for almond butter and banana sandwiches (not a huge fan of jelly).  If you’re tempted to hit up McDonald’s in the morning for an egg and cheese biscuit, try frying your own egg in a tad bit of butter, add low-fat cheese and your favorite condiment if desired.

There may be a few critics out there who feel you get a better bang for your buck by simply buying the standard loaf of bread, but for all of you adventurous kids, at least try these.  Hey, Pepperidge Farm even has a Goldfish version.  If I see a kid with a PB & J made with Goldfish bread, I would think he’s a cool kid with an awesome mom…or dad!
