I hope I can take those many steps in one day I try but never can get to far…
You can do it. I don’t get this many steps from working out alone. I set little goals throughout the day like making myself get at least 1,000 steps before breakfast, 3,000 steps before I sit down and watch a movie, or something along those lines. It’s kind of like me saying to myself “before you become a lazy butt today get at least 5,000 steps or so before you decide to do nothing.” Even if that means running in place.
WOW! I like the FitBit read out!! A little jealous that my BodyBugg does not log miles. Well, the higher end model does and they are in fact partnered with Garmin; but too pricy for me right now — for sure! I do have a sensor in my shoe with NikePlus that will track that part for me… So just when I thought my 13,500 steps was amazing, here you are with 20,200! That rocks!
13,500 is awesome. I’m starting to feel those 20,000 steps in my knees. Lol. You’re doing great, keep up the awesome work………………Healthy Journey!
